Mr. Sinke has retired. A resume outlining Mr. Munson's background, experience, and training is enclosed for your information.

He was employed by Kerr-McGee Chemical ' Corporation as Health Physicist at the West Chicago Rare Earths Facility in-West.

Chicago, Illinois in 1979 and became Manager of Quality Assur-ance at that facility in_1981.

Mr. Munson has been employed as Senior Staff Environmental Specialist in the Environment and Health Management Division, Department of Nuclear Licensing and Regulation, Kerr-McGee Corporation, Oklahoma-City, Oklahoma, since 1983.
