We have ccepleted our review of Fevision 3 to the TMI-2 Licensed Operator i 4 Fequalificaticn Training Prograr submitted by letter 4410-87-t-0183/027EP dated Decenber 20. 1987. Based on the results of our review, we have determined that the exceptions to 10 CFR 55.59 identified in your Decerber 28

1987 submittal require exemptions. Enclosure 1 grants exerptions to l 10 CFR 55.59(c)(2) subsections (iv) and (v) eliminating the requirerent for .
