Enclosed is the South Carolina Electric & Gas Company (SCE&G) Semi-Annual Effluent and Waste Disposal Report as required by 10CFR50.36a and Sections 6.9.1.8 and 6.9.1.9 of the Virgil C. Summer Nuclear Station Technical Specifications.
As this report contains information proprietary to Cnem-Nuclear Systems, Inc., it is requested that the enclosures entitled "Attachment I..... Process Control Program," and "Attachment II. SCP change...." be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10CFR2.790.
Chem-Nuclear Systems, Inc., has provided the required application for withholding and the accompanying affidavit in conjunction with our filing this report. The documentation has been inserted prior to Attachments I and II such that it and the attachinents may be separat".d from the report as necessary for withholding.
