In a Safeguards Event Report dated June-30,1988, you reported to the NRC, pursuant to 10 CFR 73.71, that on June C, 1988, you received confirmation--
that Mr. Maurice P. Acosta, one of rour licensed reactor operators, had tested positive on a SCE drug sc;een. You also stated in the Report that he had failed drug screens on March 6, 1986, and May 12, 1986.
