Your letters of December 10, 1985 and January 24, 1986, transmitted Revision No. 2 and Revision No. 2, Amended, to the Nine Mile Point Unit 2 Security Plan for Special Nuclear Material of Low Strategic Significance. We have reviewed the information contained in these plan revisions and have determined that the changes are consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 70.32(e), and are considered acceptable.
The enclosures to the above referenced letters contain information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d). Such information is deemed to be commercial or financial infonnation within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be subject to disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12; therefore, the enclosures will be withheld from public disclosure.
