Fredrickson of my staff on June 15, 1988, concerning an Enforcement Conference to be conducted at the Region II Office, Atlanta, Georgia on July 7, 1988, at 9:30 a.m. We requested this meeting to discuss the non-conservatism recently discovered in the instrument settings associated with High Pressure Coolant Injection (HPCI)/ Reactor Core Isolation Cooling (RCIC) high steam line flow isolation.
