1 We have reviewed your request and find that the acottion of an ENS telephone line to be used only for non-emergency purposes is count.erproductive to the intent and purpose of th:t ernergency network. We suggest that normal comnercial I telephone service be used by the personnel participating in ettergency arills from the siinulator area. )
