The results are docu- mented in the enclosed SALP Board Report. A meeting at the Beaver Valley Emergency Response Center, Shippingport, Pennsylvania to discuss this assess- ment will be scheduled by separate correspondence. At the SALP meeting you should be prepared to discuss our assessment, particu- larly the area of Training Programs. Your discussion should specifically address your assessment of the root. causes for deficiencies in the licensed operator training program and both short and long-term corrective actions planned or initiated to ensure permanent correction.
