Dear Mr. Cantwell:
This is in response to your letter of March 25, 1988 which forwarded chan your Category 11 Physical Security Plan pursuant to 10 CFR 70.22(h) k) and and (ges in accordance to 10 CFR 73.67(a) and (d).
We have reviewed your proposed changes and find them acceptable in meeting the provisions of Section 73.67(a), with one exception, as stated in License Condi-tion 9.2 of the enclosure to this letter. ,
In order to incorporate your approved security plan as a condition of license we are hereby issuing a Safeguards Amendment SG-1 to your License SNM-1147, effective immediately, as contained in the enclosure. l The license condition appearing in this Safeguards Amendment was discussed with Mr. Rick Whitman of your staff and was found to be acceptable.
We have determined that the enclosure to your March 25, 1988 letter contains information of the type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d). Accordingly, pursuant to Section 2.790(d)(1), such information is deemed to be comercial or financial within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be withheld from public dis-closure unless subject to the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.
