o Technical information concerning this allegation is included in inspection report 50-498/85-04; 50-499/85-04. This item was identified in the inspection report as unresolved item 498-8324-00; 499/8324-01.

o Additional technical information is included in ASLB testimony (Tapia) l Thursday, August 1, 1985, ff 13750-13812, i o Memorandum from R. B. Landsman, Region III, to E. G. Greenman, Region III, states that the Hearing Board rules that all issues have been resolved and recommends closure of this item. This memorandum is dated October 4, 1985.

o Memorandum from E. G. Greenman, Region III, to R. P. Denise, Region IV, concurs that all technical issues have been resolved and recomends closure of this item. This memorandum is dated October 11, 1985.
