Per our earlier telephone conversation on this same subject, I am enclosing a recent memorandum from Dr. Ross B. Landsman, who earlier testified on the subject issues.

Based on the enclosed memorandum, I conclude that there are no outstanding technical issues requiring resolution as a result of Dr. Landsman's involvement and consider this issue to be closed.
