INTERVENOR'S REQUEST TO WITHDRAW CONTENTION It has come to my attention that the temporary crane that was installed in the spent fuel pool storage area to facilitate the reracking procedure has been removed from the storage area. In light of this, I would ask that the Board withdraw from consideration t

admitted centention 2, which concerns the dangers that might have existed from the presence of this crane. Obviously, these concerns are no longer sensible.
