Gentlemen:
This refers to the inspection conducted by Messrs. J. A. F. Kelly and
A. B. Earnest of this office during the period July 5-8, 1988, of activities
authorized by NRC Operating License DRP-46 for the Cooper Nuclear Station, and
to the discussion of our findings with members of your staff at the~ conclusion
of the Inspection.
The NRC inspectors reviewed certain areas of your ohysical security program.
Within snese areas, the ins

10 CFR Part 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited
by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1934, as amended.
Therefore, the
material, with the ex.ept4n of the report cover page which is an inspection
summary, will n_ot be placed in the Public Document Room.
