License NPF-42 for the Wolf Creek Generating Station and to the discussion of

Your response should be based on the specifics contained in the Notice of

Violation enclosed with this letter.

It should be noted that violation (482/8812-01) is a repeat call-out-drill

violation (see 50-482/8714-02).

Special management direction and control

should be implemented to correct training concerns.
