Environmental Qualification (EQ) Enforcement Conference for Inspection

This letter forwards the NRC report of the July 20, 1988 enforcement conference
in the Region I Office. At that conference, we discussed EQ of Millstone 3 Raychem
splices, Litton-Veam connectors, and containment high range radiation monitors.
The presentation handout provided by you is included as Appendix A to the enforce-
ment conference report.
After evaluating the information provided by you, we will notify you in writing
of our decision on enforcement action on the matters discussed.
It is our view that this conference was a constructive ore. Thank you for your
