REACTOR COOLANT PIPING REPLACEMENT AND MODIFICATION (TAC NOS. 67880/67881)

RE:

PEACH BOTTOM ATOMIC POWER STATION, UNIT NOS. 2 AND 3 The NRC staff has conducted a preliminary review of your application for amendment of the Technical Specifications dealing with replacement of the recirculation system piping and other modifications to the reactor coolant system piping.

While we agree that the replacement piping may be designed to a later version or Addenda of the ASME Code the application does not make clear that all related requirements for fabrication, inspection, testing and interfaces are met in accordance with the Code.

Please provide a discussion of how these related requirements are met.
