In my November 27, 1985 letter, we committed to review the results of the Electric Power Research Institutes (EPRI) Signal Validation Project.
.We have recently received the EPRI results of their study of signal validation techniques. We are reviewing these results and will submit a description of planned improvements to the current SPDS data validation methodology in late 1988.
