CRYSTAL RIVER NUCLEAR PLANT EXAMINATION REPORT 302/0L-88-02 The NRC administered examinations on June.1, 1988 to an employee of your company who had applied for license to operate the Crystal River Nut.' ear Plant.
At the conclusion of the written examination, a copy of the exam was left with your staff.
Preliminary findings on the operating tests were discussed with those members of your staff identified in the Examination Report, Enclosure 1.
Copies of the written examination questions and answer key are included in this report as Enclosure 2.
Facility comments regarding the written examination are included in this report as Enclosure 3.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a), a copy of this letter and its enclosures will be placed in NRC's Public Document Room.
