SUBJECT:
Revision of the Inservice Inspection (ISI) Program Plan for Fort Cal-houn Station This letter transmits Revision 4 of the ISI Program Plan for the Fort Calhoun Sta-tion.
The purpose of this submittal is to incorporate additional testing require-ments into the IST program as a result of further analyses that have been conduct-ed.
The addition of the Instrument Air Accumulator check valves to the ISI Plan also addresses Open Items 285/8815-02 and 8815-08 of Reference 3.
A summary of the changes is attached and revised portions are denoted by a vertical line in the right hand margin.
Many of the valve test changes in Revision 4 (Attached) and Revision 3 (Reference
OPPD is in the process of implementing these changes.
Other changes proposed in the December 16, 1987 submittal are awaiting a Safety Evaluation Report to verify NRC agree-ment with OPPD's proposals.
