This letter is being submitted in response to the referenced telephone conference of July 15, 1988. As discussed in the telephone conference, South Carolina Electric & Gas Company (SCE&G) agreed to separate surveillance requirement 4.8.1.1.2.a.3 into two requirements to preclude the unnecessary loading of the unit.
In addition, a typographical error was identified and correction made to the Bases.
