NOTICE OF VIOLATION AND PROPOSED IMPOSITION OF CIVIL PENALTY (EA 88-88)
This is in response to your letter of July 14, 1988, regarding an extension for responding to our Notice of Violation and Proposed imposition of Civil Penalty-dated June 15, 1988.
As R. E. Carroll discussed with P. Salas of your staff on July 15, 1988, you have been granted a 30 day extension based (in the reasons outlined in your referenced letter.
Therefore, your response to the Notice is due on August 15, 1988.
