APPENDIX A NOTICE OF VIOLATION U. S. Deet. of Comerc:.
National Marine Fisheries Service, NCAA 2/25 Montlake Blvd. E Seattle, WA 98102 License No. *-6-6377-C1 As a result of the ins ection conducted on July 22, 1981, and in accordance with the Interim Enforcement Policy, 45 FR 66754 (October 7,1950), the following violations were identified:
A.
10 CFR 19.11(a) requires in part that each licensee should ?ost current copies of the license, license conditions, or docur.ents incorporated into a license by reference, and amendments thereto.
10 CR 19.11(b) states that if pesting of a document soecified above is not practicable, the licensee may :ost a notice which describes the document and states where it may be examined.
Contrary to the above requirenent, the license, amendments, and documents incorporated inte the license by reference were neither posted nor was there a notice which describes the documents and states where they may be examined.
This is a Severity Level VI Violation.

10 CFR 20.203(e)(1) states that each area or room in which licensed material is used or stored and which contains any radioactive material (other than natural uranium or therium) in an amount exceeding 10 times the cuantity of such material specified in A:cendix C of this part shall be censpicteusly posted with a sign or signs : earing the radiation caution synbol and the words "CAUTION RADIOACTIVE MATERIALS".

10 CFR 30.51(c)(1) states that records of receipt of byoroduct traterial which must be maintained pursuant to paragraph (a) of this section shall be maintained as long as the licensee retains possession of the byoroduct material and for two years following transfer or disposal of the byproduct material.
Contrary to the ateve requirement there is no record of receipt for the 200 millicurie Titanium Tritide foil currently in the licensee's
