SUBJECT: REPORT NOS. 50-325/88-14 AND 50-324/88-14
Thank you for your response of June 3,1988, to our Notice of Violation issued
on May 5, 1988, concerning activities conducted at your Brunswick facility. We
have evaluated your response with resn;ct to violations dO-325/88-14-02 and 03
and foend that it meets the requirements .of 10 CFR 2.201. We will examine the
implementation of your corrective actions for these violations during future
inspections.
Regarding violation 50-325/88-14-01, we are reviewing your response and will
inform you of its acceptability at a later date.
Based on your interpretation
of_ Technical Specification 3.4.6 we are forwarding your response to the Office
of Nuclear Reactor Regulation for review.
