March 16, 1988 at 1145 Unit I commenced rampdown to 30% power, due to exceeding action level II on steam generator cations and sodium. At 1909 hours0.0221 days <br />0.53 hours <br />0.00316 weeks <br />7.263745e-4 months <br /> the Unit was brought to 22% power to enable repacking of the main feedvater regulating valves. March 17 at 2135 hours0.0247 days <br />0.593 hours <br />0.00353 weeks <br />8.123675e-4 months <br />, a rampdown to 0% power was commenced to test trip valves TV-CC-102A and TV-CC-104A, which required securing of 1-RC-P-IC.

The Unit was off line March 17, 1988, at 2311.

l March 18, at 2056, the reactor was critical. March 19, at 0133, I

a reactor trip occurred due to a first stage pressure spike experienced during turbine roll-up.

Repairs were completed and the Unit returned to service on March 22 at 1700.
