Dear Sir:
By letter dated October 16, 1987, a proposed Technical Specification amendment was submitted concerning the Nuclear Service Water (RN) System.
After discussions with members of the NRC Staff, it was agreed that some clarification to one page of the submittal would be beneficial.
Attached is the affected pages with the clarification. The remainder of the October 16, 1987 letter is still valid and applicable, including the.No Significant Hazards Analysis.
Since this submittal supplements a previous license amendment request, no fees are necessary.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.91 (b) (1), the appropriate South Carolina State Official is being provided a copy of this supplement.
