The Shoreham full participation emergency preparedness exercise is scheduled on June 7, 1988. Altiough the exercise is announced, the licensee has not released the start time to the players. Please treat this infornation as confidential.

A scenario bricfing will bv held on Monday June 6,19M At th* licenste'$

Education Center at 1:00 p.m. Badging will take place after the briefing. l l

Selected copies of procedures will be available for team members, as well as the scenario. i I

Lodging arrangements for all team members (except NRC Resident) have been made for: two nights for C. Gordon C. Amato, S. Peleschak end X. Christopher; three nights for J. Jasison; an,d four nights for C. Conklin and W. Lazarus, at the Inn at Medford, Medford, New York, telephone 516 654-3000. The rate is

$74.00 per night, tax exempt. Each team member should confin and guarentee l their own reservation. Reservations have been made in each team members name.

Attached are team roster, assignments, and proposed schedule.
