A routine, safety inspection of emergency preparedness activities authorized
by NRC License No. CPPR-135 was conducted by Mr. T. Tuccinardi of this office
on February 16-19, 1988, at Seabrook Station, Seabrook, New Hampshire.
Discussion of these findings were held by Mr. Tuccinardi with your staff at '

the conclusion of the inspection.
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the NRC Region I
inspection report which is enclosed. Within these areas, the inspection
consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative records,
interviews with personnel and observations of the inspector.
