PHILIPPINE-WESTINGHOUSE CONTRACT CHANGES The enclosed report describes changes in the Philippines Nuclear Power Plant (PNPP-1), being made as a result of the recommendations of the Puno Commission, which in 1980 investigated the safety of this reactor.
I would appreciate it if you would place one copy in the PDR and circulate the other among the Commissioners' Assistants and other interested offices.
