This refers to the routine safety inspection of Containment Integrated Leak
Rate Testing conducted by Mr. Joseph A. Golla of this of fice on May 26-27, 1988
at Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant, Units 1 and 2 of activities authorized
by NRC License Nos. DPR-53 and DPR-69 and to the discussions of our findings
held by Mr. Golla with Mr. J. Lemons at the conclusion of the inspection.
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the NRC Region I
Inspection Report which is enclosed with this letter. Within these areas, the
inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative
records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were observed.
No reply to this letter is required. Your cooperation with us in this matter
