A routine safety inspection of your radioactive gaseous and liquid effluent
controls program ;as conducted by Mr. B. S. Davidson of this office on May 16-20,
1988. Our fi . ngs were discussed with Mr. Lacey and others of your staff at
the conclusion of the inspection on May 20, 1988.
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the NRC Region I Inspec-
tion Report which is enclosed with this letter. Within these areas, the inspec-
tion consisted of selective examination of procedures and representative records,
interviews with personnel and observations by the inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection, rio violations were found.
