Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No. 50-219 Technical Specification Change Request (TSCR) No.166 In accordance with 10CFR50.90 and 10CFR50.91 GPU Nuclear Corporation, operator of the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station, Provisional Operating License No. DPR-16, requests a change to Appendix A of the license.
The change involves Section 3.10 of the Technical Specifications and is needed to support the Cycle 12 Reload. We request that the change be approved and issued no later than October,1988 in order to support Cycle 12 operation.
This change request has been reviewed in accordance with Section 6.5 of the Oyster Creek Technical Specifications.
Pursuant to 10CFR50.91(b)(1), a copy of this change request has been sent to the State of New Jersey Department of Er vironmental Protection.
In addition, a check for $150.00 pursuant to 10CFR170.12 is enclosed.
The attached General Electric Company document NEDE-1462P "0YSTER CREEK NUCLEAR GENERATING STATION SAFER /COREC00L/GESTR-LOCA LOSS-0F-COOLANT ACCIDENT ANALYSIS", August 1987, is being submitted under the provisions of 10CFR2.790.
