Notice of Violation 445/8817-V-02, 446/8814-V-02.
We note that you.
disagree with the violation.
For the reasons stated in the NOV, we
believe the citation is valid and it stands as written.
We do,
however, agree with your corrective actions of including more
definitive requirements for traveler content.
We will review the
implementation of these actions during a future inspection to
determine if full compliance has been achieved and maintained.
