This letter transmits the findings of the NRC staff review of the Salem Generating Station Security Plan dated August 3,1978.
As part of this review, the staff has identified several issues which have not been adequately addressed.
Therefore, in order that we may conclude the review and find the plan acceptable, we have enclosed for your consideration and response a listing of those issues which the staff feels are still unresolved.
In addition, a copy of the latest Review Guideline, " Protection Of Nuclear Power Plants Against Industrial Sabotage By The Insider," is also enclosed for your consideration, j
Pursuant to Section 2.790(d) of 10 CFR Part 2, we are withholding the information provided in Enclosure i of this letter from public inspection.
