Dear Mr. Beard:
On October 18,1996, the NRC completed an inspection at your Crystal River 3 Nuclear Site.
The enclosed report presents the results of that inspection.
During the period of October 15-18,1996, an inspection team observed activities of your
emergency preparedness exercise which was conducted on October 16,1996. The
emergency response observed during the simulated accident was considered satisfactory.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and
its enclosures will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
