Dear Mr. Beard:
This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. R. Bright of your staff and Mr. J. Jaudon of the NRC on November 25, 1996, concerning a meeting requested by the NRC which is scheduled for January 9. 1997, from 12:30 p.m.
to 2:30 p.m.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the status of your progress on your Corrective Action Program.
The location of the meeting will be at your Nuclear Administration Building
-(NAB) Conference Room 101. This meeting is an open meeting as per " Staff Meetings Open to the Public: Final Policy Statement" (September 20. 1994, 59 FR 48340).
