This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. F. Marcussen of your staff and Ms. L. Stratton of the NRC on July 17. 1997, concerning a meeting which is scheduled for July 30. 1997, at 10:00 a.m.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss your Security Improvement Plan.
The location of the meeting will be at the NRC Region II office, in the Main Conference Room at 61 Forsyth Street N.W., Suite 24 T20. Atlanta, Georgia.
This meeting will be closed to public observation in accordance with "NRC Management Directive 3.5." due to the sensitive nature of the safeguards information to be discussed.
