Not until additional information can be obtained and a PRA utilization study has been completed.
Presently, SCE&G is pismiing to use the 10COR Methodology instead of a PRA for it's IPE.

Do you believe that an industry /NRC seminar consisting of a brief discussion by NRC followed by a question and answer period would be beneficial prior to making a decision?
