On October 8,1987 you sent a brief clarification letter to the NRC describing your interpretation of the staff's SER and further clarifying details of your trethodology for seismic qualification of control room panels at TMI-1. The understanding you expressed in ycur letter is consistent with the staff's intent and is acceptable.
