South Carolina Electric & Gas Company (SCE&G), acting for itself and as agent for South Carolina Public Service Authority, suomits the original and three copies of Amendment 21 to the Physical Security Plan, Revision 6 to the j
Safeguards Contingency Plan, and Amendment 7
to the Training and Qualification Plan under the provision of 10CFR50.54(p).
These changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Physical Security Plan.
These amendments reflect the changes to the Security Organization as a result of a January 1988 reorganization in 3CE&G.
As a result of recent changes to 10CFR73 (Federal Register Volume 53, No. 4, January 7, 1988), changes have been made to the Physical Security Plan and the Training & Qualification Plan to delete the requirement for conducting annual physical fitness tests within 30 days of annual medical examinations.
