Dear Senator Mikulski:

I am responding to your November 13, 1987 letter regarding the Philadelphia Electric Company's (PEco's) Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station. Specifically, you expressed reservations about the adequacy of PEco's Commitment to Excellence Action Plan and  !

l requested that you be informed of the actions NRC will take in l response to Maryland Governor Schaefer's letter of October 15,  ;
