In accordance with your application dated December 15, 1987, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Materials License No.
SNM-1067 is hereby amended to authorize exemptions to 10 CFR 20.203(f) and 10 CFR 70.24(a)(1). Accordingly, the date of December 15, 1987, is hereby incorporated into Condition 9 of your license.
Condition 13 which should have been deleted by Amendment No. 10 is hereby deleted.
All other conditions of your license shall remain the sane.
Enclosed are copies of revised License No. SNM-1067 and our Safety Evaluation Report.
