SURVEILLANCE REQUIREMENTS (Continued) b.

At least once per 18 months by perfo'rmance of a CHANNEL CALIBRATION of the turbine overspeed protection instrumentation.

At least once per 40 months *by disassembling at least one of each of c.

the above valves and performing a visual and surface inspection of all valve seats, disks and stems and verifying no unacceptable flaws or excessive corrosion.

If unacceptable flaws or excessive corrosion are found, all other valves of that type shall be inspected.

• The initial surveillance test interval is extended on a one time basis to the First refueling outage.
