REVIEW OF DRAFT WITHDRAWAL NOTICE FOR PROPOSED RULE ENTITLED " PROCEDURES AND CRITERIA FOR ON-SITE STORAGE OF LOW-LEVEL RADIOACTIVE WASTE The Rules Review Section has reviewed the draft Federal Register notice that withdraws the proposed rule regarding procedures and criteria for on-site storage of low-level radioactive waste. We have attached a marked copy of the package that presents our comments.
When this document is forwarded for signature and publication, please have a member of your staff include a 3.5" diskette that contains a copy of the document in Wordperfect 5.0 or 5.1 as part of the transmittal package. The diskette will be forwarded for use by the OFR and the Government Printing Office in typesetting the document.
