APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT TO OPERATING LICENSE Pursuant to Section 50.90 of the regulations of the Nuclear Regulatory Comnission (NRC), the New York Power Authority, as holder of Faci:Lity Operating License No. DPR-59, hereby applies for an Amendment to the Technical Specifications contained in Appendix A of this License.
This appl.. cation seeks to amend Figure 6.1-1 on page 259, "Management Organization Chart", and subsection 6.2.2, SRC "Membership", on page 251.
The changes in organizational structure are clesigned to improve and facilitate management control and efficiency.
The proposed changes to the Technical Specifications are presented in Attachment I to this application.
The Safety Evaluation is included in Attachment II.
