James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant Docket No. 50-333 Proposed Change to the Technical Specifications Regarding Management Reorganization of the New York Power Authority (J PTS-8 8 -004 )
Dear Sir:
This application for an amendment to the James A.
FitzPatrick Technical Specifications reflects the management reorganization of the New York Power Authority Headquarters staff.
The engineering staff and construction management functions will be merged into existing operations departments.
Also, the number of management layers in other departments will be reduced.
Specific changes to the Technical Specifications to reflect this revised structure are detailed in the enclosed "Application for Amendment to Operating License."
Enclosed for filing is the signed original of a document entitled "Application for Amendment to Operating License",
together with Attachments I and II thereto, comprising a statement of the proposed changes to the Technical Specifications and the associated Safety Evaluation.
In accordance with 10 CFR 170.12, a check for $150.00 is enclosed as payment of the application fee for the review of these proposed changes to the Technical Specifications.
In accordance with 10 CFR 50.91, a copy of this application and the associated attachments are being submitted to the designated New York State official.
