TRUST INFORMATION - PALO VERDE NUCLEAR GENERATING STATION, UNITS 4 & 5 Your letter, dated July 28, 1978 transmitted additional antitrust information on the Nevada Power Company, San Diego Gas & Electric Company, Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, and the Cities of Anaheim, Burbank, Glendale, Pasadena, and Riverside, California as additional owners of the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station, Units 4 & 5 to be located in Maricopa County, Arizona. The information submitted was requested by the Attorney General for Antitrust Review as required by our regulation 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix L.

We have prepared a related antitrust notice concerning this ownership and forwarded it to the Office of the Federal Register for publication. A copy of that notice is enclosed for your use. A legal notice has also been prepared and forwarded to the following newspapers and NRC approved trade journals for publication:

TIME FOR SUBMISSION OF VIEWS ON ANTITRUST MATTERS Arizona Public Service Company, pursuant to Section 103 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, filed on July 28, 1978, infor-mation requested by the Attorney General for Antitrust Review as required by 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix L.

The information concerns addi-tional ownership participants, Nevada Power Company, San Diego Gas and Electric Company, Los Angeles Department of Water & Power, and the Cities of Anaheim, Burbank, Glendale, Pasadena, and Riverside, California, for the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station, Units 4 and 5 located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

This additional Antitrust information was filed in connection with the Arizona Public Service Company's applications for construction permits and operating licenses for the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station, Units 4 and 5.

The original " Notice of Receipt of Antitrust Information and Application for Construction Permits and Operating Licenses; Time for Submission of Views on Antitrust Matters" was published in the Federal Register on May 8, 1978 (43 FR 19729).
