The amendment involves the addition of limiting conditions for  ;

operation and surveillance requirements for the diverse emergency core cor?.nt injection actuation channels, and also deletes Paragraph 4 of the license relating to the allocation of special nuclear material p

The application for the amendment complies with the standards and requirements of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), and F '

the Commission's rules and regulations. The Commission has made appro-priate findings as required by the Act, and the Commission's rules and regulations in 10 CFR Chapter I. which are set forth in the license amendment. g.,
