-Thank you for your letter of February 5,1988, in respon,e to our letter and
Notice of Violation dated January 7, 1988. We have reviewed your reply to
Violation 8729-02 and find it responsive to the concerns raised in our Notice
of Violation. Your request for an extension in answering Violation 8729-01 is
approved and we will address your response upon completion of the study
referenced in your letter. After completion of your study, if you feel a
meeting is necessary to discuss the findings of the study, we will be pleased to
meet with you.
We will review the implementation of your correctiio actions during a future
inspection to determine that full compliance has been achieved and will be
maintained.
