Gentlemen:
Thank you for your letters, dated January 7,1988, November 25, 1987, and
April 28,1987 in response to our letters, dated March 30, 1987, October 29,
1987 and December 15, 1987. We have reviewed your response of January 7,
1988, and find it unresponsive to our Notice of Violation. Our comments which
contain safeguards information are included as a Safeguards Attachment.
The material enclosed herewith contains Safeguards Information as defined by
10 CFR Part 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited
by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
Therefore, the
Safeguards Attachment to this letter will not be placed in the Public Document
Room.
