We have reviewed your description of the continuous leak monitoring system and yoor evaluation of the system sensitivities.. We concur in your proposal that your procedure incorporating the continuous leak monitoring system is an acceptable alternative to testing of the perma =aal air lock aftar each use and local testing of the equip-meet batch. Your leak test program should incorporate all applicable provisions of Appeedia J ef 10 CFR Fort 50, including periodic tests intended to===re the oestaissent overall lategrated la= hate rate and the g
